Description
For pet pros who want to plan then do the work
What it is
The Planner Club brings together the support I’ve seen pet pros need, having worked as a coach since 2019.
A dedicated space with structure and support to think through the steps that would actually move their business forward, whether that’s content, strategy, having more time, whatever it looks like for them.
That’s what the Planner Club provides.
Every month, there’s a Q&A call, a planning session, and a three hour co working morning. Every quarter, there’s a dedicated ninety minute planning session to reset and map out what’s next.
Once a year, there’s a full day online planning event on 9th November 2026, replays are available inside of The Planner Club if you can’t make it live.
Alongside that, you’ll have access to a private Facebook community and the full Pets Get Visible workshop library, covering getting in the press, applying for awards, storytelling, blogging, social media, newsletters, confidence, content creation, repeatable tasks, defamation and more.
If you join and pay in full as an annual member, your copy of the planner is included.
The Planner Club is not about more content or more ideas landing in your inbox.
It’s the time, structure and accountability to actually do the things you already know you should be doing.
Who it’s for
The Planner Club is for you if you want more structure in your marketing, if you crave accountability to get your content out consistently, and if you’d value being part of a small, focused group with protected time to plan and create.
It’s for you if you want to go into the year ahead feeling calm, confident and in control, rather than constantly playing catch up.
It’s probably not for you if you prefer to work alone, or if you’re after templates and copy and paste marketing.
This isn’t that. It’s support to articulate the impact you make for your customers in a way that feels right for you.
How it makes a difference
Members tell me the difference isn’t more ideas, it’s doing something with the ones they already have.
Behaviourist Jules Ballard set herself the goal of writing a book, Holistic Help for your Anxious Dog when she joined in November 2025.
Now that book is out there on Amazon, helping dogs and their families.
Photographer Kerry Jordan says being in it has made her far more consistent, not just with day to day social media, but with her yearly goals and bigger strategies including blogs and press releases.
This has led to more inquiries and sales, engagement and stronger, longer term relationships with her clients.
That’s the pattern I see again and again. Pet business owners already know what they should be doing.
What moves the needle is having protected time each month to sit down and do it, alongside people who understand what running a small pet business involves.
The investment
Annual membership is £300 and includes your copy of the planner.
The monthly and quarterly options do NOT include a copy of the planner, and this will need to be purchased separately.
It’s a year’s commitment rather than a rolling monthly sign up, because I want to build a community of people invested in being part of it.
What people say
Kerry Jordan ★★★★★
“I’m not sure where my pet business would be without Rachel’s membership and expertise. She pours so much more into her Planner Club than the typical membership, and I’ve been in a few. Rachel takes time to get to know you and your business, so that any feedback she is able to give comes from an understanding of where you want your business to be rather than generic advice. Being in the Planner Club has meant I’m now much more consistent, not just with general social media planning, but also my yearly goals and bigger strategies including blogs, press releases and more. This then creates more engagement and trust from my audience, leading to building long term relationships with clients.”
Sarah Hawkins ★★★★★
“I’ve had the pleasure of being part of Rachel’s Facebook groups, which are warm, friendly communities offering fabulous co working sessions, shared ideas, and genuine support from like minded business owners. I’ve also worked with Rachel as a coach, and she helped me create content for my website and taught me how to hunt out those stories and bring them to life. She has a real gift for showing you what’s special about your business, often things you can’t see yourself.”
Gemma Glover ★★★★★
“Rachel is quite simply gold dust for business owners and professionals in the pet industry. Her vibrant approach to offering support, advice, and guidance is invaluable. From her podcast to her membership community, an incredible value, she creates a welcoming space that I’m so grateful to be part of. Running a business can be an emotional rollercoaster with plenty of highs and lows, and Rachel’s guidance helps keep everything in perspective. Whether you’re in a similar field or entirely different, Rachel’s coaching, paired with the opportunity to connect, share ideas, and be supported by her incredible community, is absolutely invaluable.”
