At Rachel Spencer Coaching, we aim to provide high-quality products and services that help you thrive in your pet business journey. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully:
Refunds and returns
Due to the nature of our products and services, we generally do not offer refunds.
- Physical products: Refunds or exchanges are not offered for the Pet Business Content Planner unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If this is the case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your planner, along with photographs of the damage, at rachel@rachelspencer.co.uk.
- Digital or membership services: Refunds are not provided for the Pets Get Visible membership or related workshops, including the two-month voucher included in the Black Friday bundle.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a defective or damaged planner, please contact us at rachel@rachelspencer.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost once the damaged item is returned.
Exchanges
We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at rachel@rachelspencer.co.uk.
Shipping returns
If returning a defective or damaged planner, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
