Fiona Pedley runs The Canine VA and is a virtual assistant to the pet industry.

She has years of experience as a personal assistant AND is a qualified dog trainer making her ideal to support pet professionals.

Fiona joined the programme because she felt nervous promoting her offers, particularly going live on Facebook.

She also had ideas for two new services, a Power Hour and Online Course Support package but didn’t feel ready to put them out there.

On the course, Fiona grew in confidence and connected with new clients. She found ways to talk about her new offers on social media in a way that felt good and not cringe-inducing.

In this video interview Fiona shares the impact of taking part in the Be Bold Bootcamp course on her business.

Here is a snapshot of why she took part and what she achieved.

Client: Fiona Pedley – The Canine VA

Challenge: Feel more confident sharing expertise online to attract clients

Goal: To go live on Facebook, pitch to podcasts and launch Power Hours

Outcome: Fiona went live on Facebook, was interviewed for two podcasts and launched two new services. Her increased confidence has led to sales of her Power Hour and membership package meaning she has trebled her investment for the course.

Fiona said: “I’d recommend the course to anybody within the canine industry and even outside the industry.

“Anybody who feels that they’re not quite able to put themselves out there would would really benefit from it.

“It’s about pushing your business forward and getting up to the level where you can confidently talk about your business, share how good it actually is, and be confident in that.”
