Why I’m raising my prices in 2026 – and why you might want to too

If you’re a pet business owner who struggles with charging fairly, overdelivers, and feels awkward about pricing – this episode is for you.

I share what my current offers include, why my prices are increasing in 2026, and how the investment Iโ€™ve made in my own training and development is shaping the support I provide.

I also explore the emotional side of pricing – the guilt, the fear, and that voice that says โ€œno one will pay that.โ€

These are the changes I’m making to my pricing for 2026.

One-to-one coaching price change

New price: ยฃ1500 for 6 months (previously ยฃ1200)

Thatโ€™s ยฃ250/month – a ยฃ50/month increase, or 25%.

Whatโ€™s included:

  • 5 hours of private coaching time with me
  • 6 months of support inside the Pets Get Visible membership
  • Ongoing WhatsApp and email support
  • Personalised voice notes
  • Access to me throughout, whether thatโ€™s talking media opportunities or visibility strategy

Why the increase?

I havenโ€™t raised this price in a long time.

And Iโ€™ve invested heavily in my coaching training:

  • ILM Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring
  • ILM Level 7 in Senior and Executive Coaching (equivalent to a Masters)
  • More than ยฃ8,000 in coaching education

Youโ€™re not just paying for time – youโ€™re paying for insight, experience, and personalised support to help you move forward.

Pets Get Visible membership price change

New price: ยฃ45/month (previously ยฃ30/month)

This wasnโ€™t an easy decision – itโ€™s a big jump.

But the support you receive reflects this:

  • Monthly visibility or mindset workshop (Januaryโ€™s is all about imposter syndrome)
  • Monthly live coaching call โ€“ ask anything, get tailored advice
  • A brilliant, friendly Facebook community where you’re never alone
  • 4 x co-working calls each month to help you get stuff done
  • A monthly โ€œOff the Recordโ€ or member social where you can vent, laugh, and connect
  • Resource library on blogging, press, influencer outreach, email marketing, AI, legal tips and more

I also benchmarked against other memberships and programmes. I saw:

  • Self-study courses with no 1-1 support at ยฃ250/month
  • Masterminds at ยฃ999/month
  • Memberships from ยฃ60โ€“ยฃ165/month with fewer live opportunities for support

You donโ€™t have to make a massive leap.

But do ask yourself:

  • Is your price fair to you?
  • Are you able to do your best work at your current rate?
  • What would your clients – your own โ€œLouisesโ€ and โ€œSarahsโ€ – say if you put your prices up?

Mine would (and have) said: itโ€™s a no-brainer.

Final thoughts on pricing

If you’re nodding along thinking โ€œI do give too muchโ€ or โ€œIโ€™m always second guessing myselfโ€ โ€“ youโ€™re not alone. Iโ€™ve been there. Iโ€™m still working through it.

But what I know is this: you deserve to be paid fairly for the difference you make.

And your pricing should reflect the care, effort and experience you bring.
